In 2008 we received more than 150 applications from different Russian regions as well as from CIS countries. The applicants are from Apatity, Arkhangelsk, Astrakhan, Barnaul, Biisk, Blagoveshchensk, Bryansk, Vladikavkaz, Vologda, Voronezh, Irkutsk, Ioshkar Ola, Kazan, Kemerovo, Kirov, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Kursk, Moscow, Murmansk, Nizhni Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Orel, Penza, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, St.-Petersburg, Saratov, Stavropol, Surgut, Taganrog, Tambov, Tver, Tolyatti, Tomsk, Tyumen, Ulan-Ude, Ulyanovsk, Khabarovsk, Yakutsk, Yaroslavl as well as from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine.
The topics of the applications cover wide range of spheres institutional analysis may be applied in and vary from students' educational strategies and Russian universities' organizational changes to public services' and private firms' behavioral patterns and administrative barriers as well as from models of innovation networks to routines related to mortgage loans.
